Participants agree to engage in all activities with respect, integrity, and awareness. This includes honoring personal boundaries, practicing explicit consent, and maintaining confidentiality of other participants' experiences.

Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: harassment, discrimination, non-consensual behavior, recording sessions without permission, sharing confidential information, or engaging in any activity that compromises the safety and trust of the community.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from programs or sessions for violation of these conduct standards, without refund.

4. Registration and Payment

Registration for retreats and programs requires full payment or agreed-upon deposit as specified in the program details. Payment confirms your commitment to attend.

Prices are listed in the currency specified and are subject to change. Once payment is confirmed, the price at the time of registration applies.

All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store credit card information.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All bookings for retreats, training programs, and private sessions are non-refundable. When you book, you are making a commitment to yourself and your growth journey.

We understand that life circumstances can change. However, the investment you make is a sacred commitment to your transformation and awakening.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy and commit to honoring your participation.

In the event that Awaken Experience cancels a program, participants receive a full refund or credit toward future programs.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, course materials, and educational resources, is the intellectual property of Awaken Experience and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

Participants may use course materials for personal development only and may not teach, share, or commercialize the techniques or materials without proper authorization and training certification from Awaken Experience.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the outcomes of participation in our programs.

We do not guarantee specific results from our retreats, training, or sessions. Personal transformation is an individual process that depends on many factors beyond our control.

While we strive to provide safe and supportive environments, we cannot guarantee that participation will be free from emotional discomfort or triggering experiences.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Awaken Experience, its facilitators, and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Participants assume full responsibility for their physical and emotional wellbeing during and after programs. We recommend consulting healthcare professionals for any medical or psychological concerns.

Participation in our programs may involve physical movement, breathwork, emotional processes, and group dynamics. By participating, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved.

You agree to inform facilitators of any physical limitations, health conditions, or psychological concerns that may affect your participation.

You agree to take full responsibility for your choices and experiences during programs and sessions.

10. Privacy and Confidentiality

Group participants agree to maintain confidentiality regarding other participants' identities and shared experiences.

Facilitators maintain professional confidentiality except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm.

We may take photographs or videos during retreats and programs for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your image in our marketing materials unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

Participants are prohibited from recording sessions, taking photographs, or sharing other participants' information on social media without explicit consent.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or for conduct that compromises the safety and integrity of our programs.

Upon termination, your right to access our services ceases immediately, and no refunds will be provided for violations of these terms.
